“The three-man team at Such + Such is all about keeping it real. From start to finish, it handles the production process for Block Clocks under its own Cincinnati roof, using only locally found hardwoods. Sculpturally striking, these carved walnut and maple clocks feature a natural grain with a preternatural presence.”

Coming Soon!
Block Clocks are designed and carved by Such + Such’s trio of industrial designers. Produced in Cincinnati, the Block Clocks are an exploration of both traditional craft and digital manufacturing. Each clock is individually numbered and offered in locally found hard woods. Driven by a battery powered Quartz movement.
All done with the hard stuff and ready for some finish.

Our freshly planed walnut board cut to size and glued/clamped together. This solid block of wood will soon be carved on the CNC router.
Planing the larger section of the Walnut board with our CNC Router.
Planing a great piece of walnut. This board will be glued up then 3D contoured on our CNC router. More photos of the process to come.
